FED:Tiger court hearing adjourned to next week
Grounded airline Tiger Airways Australia should know by the end of next week whether
it can resume flights, after a court hearing on its suspension was again adjourned.
The Federal Court hearing over the Civil Aviation Safety Authority's grounding of the
airline has been adjourned for a fifth time today.
It's been set down for a mention next Thursday morning.
NICHOLAS HARRINGTON, the Counsel for CASA, says the parties are genuinely talking and
working through the issues and it's expected the matter will be resolved without the need
for a hearing within a week.
Tiger's counsel RICHARD DAVIS says the only remaining matters are administrative.
