NSW: Thieves raid former mental asylum
Thieves have looted a collection of historical items from a former Sydney mental asylum.
The stolen items include 100-year-old lithographs of people with dementia, medicalinstruments and mortuary tools.
The general manager of Rozelle Hospital GLENDA CLEAVER says thousands of pricelesshistorical items have been taken from the hospital's collections.
Rozelle Hospital is located in inner-western Callan Park which has housed a mentalasylum since 1885.
