Revenge is sweet for Guilderland; Dutchmen drub Eagles after early-season loss.(Sports)

DELMAR - Avenging losses in Section II play is something the Guilderland High boys' lacrosse team takes great pride in. Thursday afternoon, the Dutchmen provided their most resounding example yet.

Guilderland started strong and finished significantly stronger - shutting out Bethlehem in the second half - on their way to an impressive 16-3 victory over the Eagles in Suburban Council action.

The Dutchmen (11-4, 10-1), the leaders of the Blue Division, dropped a 9-8 decision to Gold Division leader Bethlehem (10-5, 7-4) to open the regular season. Guilderland also logged a …
